Looks so much...
Cecile looks so much like Anne Caillon, only reason I brought this up was b/c I was watching a tv show called Haven; and thought she guest stared only to find that it was someone less known. But look it up and they look like twins literally! I thought she made it to US tv, would like to see more of her in the US.
