I don't know why the writers of the show would have his wife cheat on him with Jesse Metcalfe, he looks like a little 12 year old boy. I think Ricardo is far better looking.

No, but calling someone a "crack head" or a "retard" just because people think an actor is better looking than another actor, (Gods FORBID someone has a different state of opinion than YOU...*rolls eyes*) constitutes (yeah, look it up. it's a real word.) as being QUITE immature in both thought and speech/type.
