Thats exactly what comedians were worry after 'Oscar slap". That now people will think its ok to physically attack comedians. And add that Will Smith suffered no consequences for it because he was too famous and powerful and everyone loved him. He wasnt even cancelled. People just laughed at it like it was something funny and moved on.
And here we are month later.
There was the stunned factor. While the Acad. was very likely prepared for violence they just didn't expect it from a member seated in the front (who may be involved in a gag).
If it were to happen again they would act differently. It's too late now but it's something to be on guard for and they likely will be op3en about.
but could you imagine the chaos if a white actor had done the same thing?

If Matt Damon would hit Hugh Jackman like that then he would be cancelled next day and fired from everything. By woke mob. Or if Matt Damon would slap Chris Rock. Then he would be arrested for racism and woke media would scream about "White Rage" for weeks.
But when its black on black violence then strangely no one on the woke side cares. They just laughed at it and ignored. And now everyone forgot about it like it never happened. In some time Will Smith is gonna go to promote his next project and they all age gonna sit and laugh at his jokes....
There is some deep rooted racism among woke mob and media. Its like with a child. If child is behaving bad then parents discipline it and demand to be civilize and teach it how it should behave in society. And woke media and mob does it with white people. But completely ignores black people and dont shame them for anything and dont demand to stop doing crimes of hitting people... While demanding this from whites and pointing at their mistakes. And then we see how whites are behaving civilized most of the time And blacks in USA dont. And no one cares.
If white actor would do that - he would be cancelled. When black did - everyone closed their eyes. Thats racism right there. Woke mob just said: "Blacks be blacks. What do you expect from them?"
Pretty well summarized, totally agree with you; same all of the attacks in NY and California from blacks on Asian people during covid19 peak, no media no politician ever called them out as racist attacks even though every single time it was blacks assaulting Asians again and again and again, they get a free pass on hate crimes and racism.

He's going to use the "I'm triggered" defense!

It’s an incredible interview and Lee’s hypocrisy is so off the charts it doesn’t even register for him. He’s really just a mentally deranged person which seems to be at the root of many modern violent crimes and no one wants to deal with it. I wish the post could get the reaction from Chris Rock which would be interesting to read.
