yeah i know he was getting older at the time but jeez. he really looked old and feeble. He just didnt look well at all while telling his jokes.

actually Life is Worth Losing is several years earlier, maybe 2003. George was in bad shape via drinking/drugs/pills or something. His body was a wreck he went into rehab and cleaned himself up, then in 2008 he came back with his great It's Bad for Ya, which is his swan song

He had heart problems that first appeared when he was in his thirties.
He passed away from a heart attack. Natural causes.
