Whereas Blair's notorious defining legacy was the 2003 Iraq war, in case of Anthony Eden, it was the war in Egypt, started 46/47 years earlier in 1956, known as the "Suez crisis". Both wars also had massive public opposition to it, including a protest that was very similar to the February 2003 one in London. And both Prime Ministers became figures of notoriety as a result.
History does indeed repeat itself.
