I didn't watch it but I thought it was weird that Biden's DNC speech last night was being promoted as his "good bye" speech. Unless the DNC gets more power hungry and tries to make him resign because they think it'll give Kamala an advantage in November to take over the remaining months of his Presidency. I still think they are hiding his failing health and that he likely has Dementia.

Trump takes the oath of office and becomes president and commander in chief of the military. If Biden refuses to leave, Trump can simply order the military to go remove the trespassing civilian that Biden would be as of January 20th, 2025.

Biden would be arrested and escorted out. As a former president he would still be afforded secret service protection.

They would simply have a Mister Softee ice cream truck parked outside and ring the bell. Problem solved.

If anything he won't leave because he'll get lost or fall up some stairs.
