Fat Donnie never said to inject household disinfectants. He was talking about antivirals that would sort of "disinfect" the body of infection as opposed to preemptive solutions like vaccines that don't help those already infected and dying. Sure, not the best choice of word to use but if the body is indeed infected by the virus, then disinfecting would counter act that.
Of course, what Fat Donnie said made sense (and the pharmaceutical companies do now have anti-virals to fight the infections) so the left started misquoting Fat Donnie as saying he was suggesting injecting commercial disinfectants such as Lysol, which is not what he said or meant.
