Personally, I don’t think that any American should feel good about their democracy being taken over. Your political preference of choice shouldn’t matter. Ultimately, we’re all in this together, and we all choose to live in it.
I lived thru 8 years of Reagan, 4 years of Bush Senior, 8 years of Bush Jr, and I did it in relative union with the people I’ve known. Eight years of Obama didn’t change that either. Trump jumps into the picture, and all of a sudden people massively care about “politics”.

BLM was responsible for 574 violent insurrections including an attempt to storm the White House and murder the President. They also stormed the Oklahoma Capitol which had to be evacuated and the democratic process was halted. J6 is a day at the beach compared to your typical BLM riot and the left today is even threatening our Supreme Court with violence.
There was voter fraud in 2020 and there should be an investigation into it but the DemoKKKrats have no interest in that, if they were so confident it was a fair election then they should have welcomed a common sense investigation, obviously they have something to hide.

President Trump was the greatest president since Ronald Reagan, until covid the economy was booming under him and we didn’t have any of the problems that we currently have under Diaper Joe. Why not call them what they really were: Riots. There’s a world of difference between riots and an insurrection. The motivation to do either is vastly different, and the consequences between them are also very different.
I wish Floyd wasn’t murdered by cops in broad daylight (with video footage too boot) just as much as I wish Trump didn’t trick millions of people into believing that his presidency was stolen. I don’t necessarily view these events as strictly “political”, but I instantly knew what those events could lead to…especially if there was evidence.
I don’t instinctively agree with either situation. I’d prefer that neither situation happened, but many people were arrested on both sides of the fence - The rioters that were caught didn’t get away with it, just like the insurrectionists that got caught didn’t get away with it either.
I don’t treat it like sports. I didn’t agree with either situation, and don’t believe that either situation was beneficial to the country. It’s all ugly.
I believe that we generally have to take voting more seriously, and elect better representatives. We shouldn’t have to make excuses for people that you wouldn’t want around your kids.

Trump royally fucked the blue collar worker for years before he ever decided to want to become president. He’d hire them to do construction work, and simply not pay them. The blue collar worker would take him to court, but would never have enough money to keep paying lawyers to keep up with how Trump’s lawyers were deviously throwing cases up in limbo. Trump gets his building, and paid vastly less with his lawyers than he would have paid the contractors.
He did that for decades before wanting to become president. You really think he had anyone else’s interests in mind?
