You realize commercial shipping is severely backup around the world due to a shortage of drivers and greedy shipping companies. This isn't a US problem and would be happening regardless of who lived in the White House right now.

Has nothing to do with worldwide shipping issues, it has to do with the FDA. The FDA is a bloated bureaucracy who doesn't know what the hell they are doing. They should have worked with the formula companies to fix the problems.
There have always been worldwide shortages on goods that never affected the U.S. Joe is only concerned with Depends shortages.

There are hundreds of gas and oil contracts that are being sat on because companies want to inflate their prices and increase their profits rather than drilling on lands they've already gotten contracts.
