Joe doesn't actually have any original ideas. He spends much of his time with the hands of his puppet-masters up his ass, running his vocal chords. So anything he says is their words, not his.

It’s a good thing trump didn’t tell any fibs the last four years. Lmao. Biden and his entire administration will have their work cut out for them to try and match trump’s lie total collectively over the next four years. 22,000 or so in total I believe.
