Disturbing voice, sounds like she smoke 10 packs a day..

Sounds like she struggles just to get her words out, also her eyelids twitch when speaking XD

I literally came here to see if anyone else said the same thing. Her voice just takes me out of whatever is going on.

I came here because I'm watching The Expanse and her croaking is killing me. Bad casting! The voice is so bad, that it distracts me from the show. She's a nice looking woman, but I can't take it.

All I could think when I heard her voice was that I had heard her as a voice over on a movie, but there are none listed that it would likely be :( annoying

Her voice also reminds me of Juno’s from Beetlejuice. She unfortunately died of throat cancer.

I just heard her on the Star Trek trailer and instantly recognized the voice (from the Expanse). I am surprised to see these several posts with people saying they hate her voice. It's very distinctive and I absolutely love it!!

To me she sounds exactly like Jeanne Moreau, the old princess who narrates Ever After with Drew Barrymore. That's the first thing I thought of when I saw Shohreh in Star Trek Beyond!
