Punisher

Scott is not just a martial artist and stuntman,he knows how to act,acting wise he can play these characters,Dolph Lundgren played Punisher once and that was a pretty good movie and I think Scott can make a better Punisher

Deathstroke would be his BEST bet. All they'd have to do is make him look older(which shouldn't be too complicated if you have a good make-up artist).
