Perfect woman

Of course I don't know her, but just by the look and her acting, my goodness... to me personally, she's the goddess. The Venus. And she's in her late 30's!

I don't understand why she isn't much more famous. She also acts in some "not pretty girl" roles, which I think is a huge mis-cast. Every time I look at her face, her smile, her eyes, especially some close-ups... can't do anything but sigh with admiration. Ok, if I have to be very picky, I'll say she's a little bit too thin.

Just have to say it. She's so underrated in my opinion. But who knows, maybe she doesn't care so much.

Let's just hope that Jonah Nolan will be smart enough not to kill Root off and give Amy her own series focused on Root's solo adventures.

Wrong. Pay more attention when people start acting and try not to get hung up on looks and you'll find she couldn't act her way out of a mentos commercial

Right on. Root (and maybe together with Shaw) should have her own series!

Don't get me wrong I kinda like Shaw, but honestly I think Root is better alone, with The Machine on her side. I personally don't want any love interests present or former to be involved in the spin-off.

Really? That's an interesting thought too and I totally respect that; it definitely will work. But personally I would luuuve to see Root and Shaw together. Remember when Root and Shaw are in the car and Root trying to convince Shaw to work with her, the camera gets them super close-up? When I saw that I was like shouting in my heart "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!"

Then again, Root flying solo is a great idea too.

I just see Root/Shaw more like Angel/Buffy or Buffy/Spike. They're perfect for each other but they can't be together. Tragic love and all. Also, I want Root to grow as a person by interacting with other characters, maybe meet some new people, to have some fun.
BTVS' spin-off Angel mostly worked because almost none of the Buffy's characters were involved, only few of them. Not to mention Cordelia and Wesley were basically outsiders in BTVS world, not exactly main characters.

Really? I for one care only about acting and not about looks. And her acting is exceptional, she's one of the best actors out there. Do you even know how amusing is for someone like me to read all your whining about "looks"?
