You know it was Anne Heche. That was a real relationship. Portia was just a side piece who Ellen wanted on her arm. Portia was young and hot then and willing to take advantage of the opportunity.

shareI bet Ellen would be a different person today if Anne wouldn't have dumped her. We know Ellen is a bitch behind the the scenes but I think that's at least partly because she's in a miserable marriage with someone she doesn't even love. The Portia marriage is a joke and always has been.
