Is he still getting residuals?

Isn’t there something, like with R Kelly, in which all incoming income (royalty based and whatnot) is seized by the IRS or a some similar type entity and divvied out to the individuals he victimized?

He has points so yes, he's getting residuals..but..he's already rich so the extra money does him no good.

The man was/is a slug but that is not a reason to deny him contracted revenue. I don't think that you "go there" because of his offenses because it opens a Pandora's box in terms of inappropriate reasons to not pay people. Don't want to pay someone but need their services? Just have them perform a job worth hundreds of millions of dollars then pay somebody to accuse them of foul moral behavior which in turn provides the "out" in terms of not paying on the contract.
