Admitted to rehab for "stress, image issues and non-substance related addiction." What does that mean?

I think it has to do with her eating. In those latest 2 photos her face looks too thin. She has wrinkles (caused by her face being too thin), and she looks really bony. Her face is prettier when it is fuller (not too full, but definitely fuller than it is now!)
