Real breasts jiggle and bounce, and flatten out when a girl is laying on her back. Fake breasts don't move at all, and look deformed when a girl is laying on her back or raises her arms above her head. You can also see the "overhang" which is a dead giveaway that they are real.
Real boobs obey gravity, but fake boobs stick straight out, so the underside of the breast isn't resting against the chest like real ones do.
