I just finished watching stand by me, a movie from 1986. and throughout the entire movie, i kept thinking "wow! this vern kid looks exactly like jerry o connell."
really funny and i check out the movie on imdb and it really is him. haha fat chubby kid.
Well then why did HE say in that interview I quoted that he was CHUNKY as a kid? Chunky and fat can be the same thing to some people. To me looking at him in that movie, I would say he was fat, but if his family wants to call it chunky, that's fine, their choice. If you have the photos to prove it, why don't you post some of them? And also, why I have read in different interviews with him that he doesn't like to talk about Stand By Me because of his weight in it? Hmmm, address those please and maybe I will believe you that you're related to him. I think I'll believe interviews he's done over someone that claims to be related to him.
