I wonder too, but Foxx and his family have given out zero medical information, as is their right, so all either of us can do is wonder.

I suspect the guy had a hemorrhagic stroke because of the kind of uncontrolled blood pressure that's terribly common in African-Americans, but that's only an educated guess, I have zero facts... and no right to know more.
