He has to be kept in PC because he is high profile and, as stated, this is a bad prison. He would be targeted in gen pop.
The food is not good. The chef is terrible. He doesn't know how to spell filet mignon.
He gets fed after gen pop. That means the prison food he gets is not fresh. Unappetizing. No Cuban cigars afterward either.
He is considered to be a flight risk who is likely to reoffend. I don't know all the details but this is why he is not being released on his own recognizance. He will likely be incarcerated until this is sorted out in court.
