SVU: Spectacle

Wow! He was magnificent in tonight's episode!

It was kind of neat seeing him on the show again.

I thought he was kind of boring and he pissed me off a bit. I had a feeling it was a set up, though. Don't blame Stabler for being pissed. It was a happy ending, some of them don't.

He is anything but boring. He is an amazing character actor. He tends to play very interesting and vulnerable characters. No one else can play them like he does.

He was remarkable. I didn't recognize him as the kid from Gladiator, I just thought, "Who is this young guy? He's amazing."

"You might very well think that; I couldn't possibly comment."

reply

Yeah for a second I thought it was Haley Joel Osment. Then I clued in. He was amazing. I've watched the episode twice with my "On Demand" service.

sorry I tuned you out

What cable provider has Law and Order: SVU on demand?

Because I have Optimum and my sister has Time Warner Cable and the only Law and Order franchise they have are Law and Order: LA.

It was really frustrating when my TiVO was broken because my schedule doesn't permit me to watch it live, and there's no place to watch it online (legally).

He was terrific on the show. It was easily one of the best episodes this season.

It's nobody's business but ours.

I only saw the Spectacle episode when it reran earlier this week (already they're doing reruns?), and last night, saw the L&O franchise had committed a no-no. Spencer Treat Clark had a small role in another SVU, Families, playing a different character way back in 2003.

It's not the first time they've done it, but it really bothers me. I get that they must have liked his work and wanted to use him again, but do they think we don't notice this sort of thing? Better he worked in one of the other L&O series, IMO.

Apparently so, since S. Epatha Merkerson (longtime police lieutenant in the original version) first appeared in L&O as a homeless woman.
