the average woman has a higher body fat % than men. obviously there are some men with more body fat than the average woman so why can the opposite not be true where a woman has less body fat than the average man. plus its not 'much higher' it is 5%. she may be borderline 'unhealthy' in fat % but that doesnt mean it isnt natural. when i was in high school my body fat was
