Turned down the role of 'Bruce Wayne' in Batman Begins
According to his imdb profile, David turned down the role of Bruce Wayne in Batman Begins. Whilst I like Christian Bale a lot, I reckon David would've nailed the role.
shareI want to like Bale, but I agree he's too aggressive or maybe too dead serious without having the underlying warmth of, let's say, Clint Eastwood for instance. He'll always be American psycho to me. Apparently it was Nolan who really wanted Bale, and that sounds very plausible.. Everything feels kind of dead in the Nolan universe.
Boreanaz has a good and powerful charisma. I'd be happy too see him in such a role.
