Say what you want about her talent or anything but she hands down was the best looking actress in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre:

Incredibly beautiful and her sex appeal was through the roof there. No actress has ever looked hotter than she did in that movie.

There's no denying her beauty. I watched the A-Team movie last night and she was stunning in that too. However, I would argue that, Elisha Cuthbert in The Girl Next Door (2004) is the hottest an actress has ever looked in a movie, this century at least.
