Doesn't she know 1 out of 2 marriages don't last? Who would risk their career for that?

shareI don't think it really matters. She is not a bankable actress and the public doesn't really care about her. Her movies are all D-grade fare in which she is cast because she's hot. Overall, she does not have a strong personal brand.

Anyway, I doubt she'll change her 'Hollywood-name'. That would just be bad marketing, and she knows that.
I wish she would keep Biel as her last name
shareI think it does matter changing your last name especially in her case.
She gets her roles because of her looks, can't be anything else as her movies bomb and she doesn't get any appraisal from critics.
Once you get married and take the name of your husband, it some what kills your sex appeal because men can't fantasize being with her.
I know that sound's completely stupid but there's truth to it.
Sadly, its 50% of marriages now.
Most likely this statistic is so high because so many go into marriage with either the wrong ideas of what it is...or without really knowing the person they are marrying.
In Hollywood (and even not) I get a sense that some marry with NO intention of it being 'forever.'

It doesn't "risk her career". Plenty of actresses have changed their last name, gotten divorced, changed it back, and then went along just fine. It's no one's business if she wants to take his last name.
