It's his 90th birthday today, and the local classical station is playing his film scores in appreciation! What a blast!

Let's all raise a toast to John Williams, with whatever liquid we have to hand, and thank him for all the fun he's given us over the years with his glorious film scores.

We'll never forget seeing him conduct a concert about 20 years ago. It was a glorious night.

According to IMDb and wikipedia his birthday is February 8... Happy birthday anyway. He is the biggest single reason why I became a soundtrack enthusiast and collector over 40 years ago.
