In an essay published by People magazine, the Law and Order: SVU star reveals that she was raped in her 30s by a friend.

Hargitay writes that the experience was all about "dominance" and "control."

That is ironic, considering she had done a rape scene in her 20s (Blind Side 1993).

Seems like everybody gets raped in Hollywood. It's like the "trendy thing" there nowadays. Make a claim you got raped 20-30 years ago and now you want money for "justice". lmao.
