Anyone else think she looks like Sigourney?

Their iMDB photos do look similar but I don't think they actually look alike. But I've mostly seen Williams in older movies. Maybe they look more alike now.

Nope. Both actresses took very different movie paths. Sigourney actually paved a better body of work than JoBeth who was relegated to doing Voltergas sequels that were worse than the original.
