He should play Forge

If Forge ever appears in an X-Men movie, I think Danny Trejo should play the role.

What do you think?

reply

I think Danny is an Excellent actor. But, not suitable for Forge of the X-Men,X-Factor series. Because, Danny is of Mexican heritage and Forge is Native American. It may have worked for Lou Diamond Phillips in "Young Guns" 1 & 2. But, I don't think it would work for Danny unless he can lose his accent. That would be the only way I could see it working. Or they would totally have to change the story of Forge. Good thought though mattboy61992.

I agree; Danny Trejo is a good actor, but Forges' Native American heritage is important to the character. As such I think Sonny Landham, or Wes Studi, would be better suited for the character of Forge.

You do realize that Mexicans are genetically the same as Native Americans right? Just the Native Americans from this side of the border retained some of there ways and beliefs. Where as the Native Americans to the south adopted European influences earlier on.

Forge is between 20 - 35, not 60+...don't be shocked to see Taylor Lautner play Forge.. hehe
