I'm sure with being in Hollywood Jonathan was getting tired of the attention and being paranoid of stalkers, so he wanted out and take time to live a normal life. I'm guessing that is why he had dyed his hair brown. He didn't want that attention all on him anymore and was trying to get away from that blond image. I miss his blond natural hair and hope he'll go back to it one of these days! :)
