Watch the movie. He's in Palpatine's office when they're about to vote on the Clone Army, I believe.

He's right at the beggining, when chancellor papeltine is talking about sending Padme away temporarliy to be protected.

He was also in the final scene on the left, as they are watching the clone army take off.

He has a larger and important role in Episode III

Yeah, when I went in to see Episode 3 I knew Jimmy Smits was in it but I had not a clue what a meaty role it was. He was one of the main supportinc characters.

Yeah, and he did a very good job.

"Everything they do is so dramatic and flamboyant. It just makes me want to set myself on fire."

Jimmy Smits was the reason why my mother and aunt("NYPD Blue" fans) were willing to watch "SW Ep II: AOTC" and "SW Ep III: ROTS" despite his relatively small role in both films. I'm a fan of both "Star Wars" and Jimmy Smits, and I thought Smits was perfect in his role and really shined in "ROTS"!
