i work for parking services at ucla, and he stopped at our booth for the film festival. this dude wanted free parking, and he claimed that the signs in the middle of the street just off our booth said "validated parking"; which he thought meant "free." well, first off, our parking was only $6... and he had a mercedes benz. so he was, first off, complaining about $6, and second... when i went to see the sign, it didn't even say validated parking! also, as i crossed the street to go see the sign... i swear he almost ran me over. so yeah... screw him. a person as great as him doesn't deserve what he's gotten if he doesn't know how to respect his fellow man. it was like he wanted us to KNOW who he was or something; i didn't care, i was just trying to do my job. oh well.

Don't worry my man this guy's performances in Attack Of The Clones and Revenge Of The Sith should rightfully end this pillock's career. To think i used to like him in L.A. law!

Wow, that is so rude! And yes, I understand how you feel.

But, I do want to make an observation about this . . . as an aspiring rich actor. I am an actor (female) and have yet to make a living at it full-time. Nevertheless, I know, as a person who doesn't come from money. I love a good deal! I love sales and when something wonderful is free, I accept the gift with a big huge "thank you".

Thus, I suspect, when the day comes (and I believe it will) that I have a Mercedes Benz and am able to pay my credit cards in one month and own a nice home or two -- I will still love a sale, a bargain and free events/parking/whatever when I can find it!

Still, Jimmy Smits, once you said it was $6.00 should've been gracious and went for it and just paid it with a nice "thank you". Which is what I would've done . . .

Now, when I met Jimmy Smits, at a Broadway show, a few years ago -- he was lovely and warm! My experience was incredible. And yeah, he is hot!
