Netflix Special

I watched it primarily to hear about the Will Smith Slap. I think many people did. And for those who havent seen it yet, he doesnt talk about it until the very end of the special when theres 8 minutes 24 seconds left. So if thats what you wanted to see you may as well skip to the 1 hour and 1 minute mark.

If you like his stand up, by all means watch it entirely, but personally I didnt like it too much. It felt like "Dave Chapelle using a lighter touch". Rock didnt really push any boundaries. Perhaps Im being too biased as I can write now I prefer Chapelle over Rock.

Trying to see it positively, I understand you sometimes want build up to the main joke. But with Rocks special all I could think was "When is he giving us what we came for"? Apparently Rock felt that he needed to save the best for last otherwise he'd lose our attention. Personally, I think he was right. That segment was the best part.
