John McTiernan is actually correct regarding the year 2000 shit in the 5 movie studios, ref the youtube video. Same with news outlets and newspapers. Ownership shifted and control of the major studios reverted to Wall Street, where the studios were eventually absorbed by multinational faceless companies to be in place for 9/11 and the fallout and narrotive.
