I agree, love to see him come back for another Spider-man, but he's pushing on a bit now for a role which is ideally suited for someone in the their mid-late 20s. However his three films were all excellent 

You think his 3 films were excellent? Well clearly you have never read a Spider-Man comic.

In all honesty no I haven't but I did think Tobey did a good job in his three films

Bullsh*t. Both the Webb and Raimi films have been the only films to cover a lot of different aspects of the source material throughout the years. Webb's version was a lot closer to the Ultimate comics while Raimi's took a lot from the Amazing titles and the 616 stuff.

Wrong. Raimi's version was a Spider-Man 2099 rip off. Organi webshooters, claws in the fingers, the only thing that lacked was the poison fangs.

Hey, guess what, i loved the movies. And i read the comics, it was definitely faithful so shut up
