I can understand where he is coming from if everything he is saying is exactly how it happened.
I am a 51 year old woman. I was at the office last week and one of my co-workers, a young man, walked past me to take his break while I was coming back in from the restroom. As he passed, he said "excuse me" and his hand brushed my butt. There was absolutely NO intent there. It was the kind of thing that happens all the time when people are in close proximity and trying to move around. Nevertheless, he completely freaked out. He kept apologizing over and over, saying he didn't mean it, it was an accident and to please not take it as "sexual assault". I kid you not. I told him I knew it was an accident and not to worry about it.
I am sorry, but to see that reaction, that much stress and anxiety over a simple accident was sad and really speaks to the kind of world we live in now. Very, very sad.

shareGlad you're being reasonable. Metoo has caused more problems for women. Instead of empowering them, now many male employers are gonna have misgivings about hiring females. Why run the risk of causing tension and scandals if you can avoid it all by hiring males?

shareOutrageous and infuriating! Frank Langella has been around for many, many years. He is an accomplished actor. If he had a problem with his hands I'm sure it would have come out a long time ago.
