Are there any other people on Earth with vitiligo who completely changed their whole body in skin tone, except under their fingernails? Like Im aware he had it, but I'm not aware of any case consuming the entire body.

I don’t think vitiligo totally makes someone white all-over that way. They would still have some original skin color somewhere
