People hate him ... for no reason?

So many people hate Josh Hartnett for no apparent reason. I guess some people find him annoying, and it's their right, but seriously, the guy isn't as half as bad as some people claim him to be!

There are so many messages along the lines "he has ruined the film" and it often seems people say that because they're prejudiced towards him or find him so annoying. Not because his acting is really that bad. (Most of his recent work is more than decent).

So why don't give the guy a chance?

Considering that nobody posting here has anything to do with the guy, personally or professionally, it seems fair to say that the only thing anyone should concern themselves with is whether Hartnett can act or not. Since he obviously can act and is clearly quite good, I find anyone's "annoyance" with him pathetic and utterly indicative of a propensity towards preoccupation with the lives of celebrities and, likely, the lives of others whom they will neither ever meet nor know. Get a life, you sad cretins, idiots like you are the annoyance with your incessant prattling on as if you actually know these people. Go read your tablids and watch your stupid reality shows but, please, shut the *beep* up, the only annoyance around here is you.
