How come nobody likes Adam anymore? I meanhis movies aren't as funny anymore but I still laugh while watching them. Let's be real though say Adam still did movies like Billy Madison as a 45 year old man.... Does anybody else see a problem with that? So please stop being mean mean to Adam Sandler

I agree that has a lot to do with the backlash now. Not because it's correct. Rather because there are a lot of sheep who follow suit with whatever's trendy. Red Letter Media is popular among the geeky and snobby Internet curdmudgeon crowd. That review had a ridiculous amount of influence on groupthink opinion.
shareI think it's because he often plays "loser" or slacker type characters who are rewarded in the end for their lifestyle without changing their ways. Psychologically, this conflicts with the conservative American work ethic that says you should always strive to work as hard as you can.
