Fun question. Probably depended on the film.
I'm sure he didn't have that sort of menu when he watched Shoah (1985) for example (a "film" he considered to be in a class by itself). But who knows.
I get the feeling that he didn't. Even though he loved watching movies, it was still his job to do reviews. He probably tried not to eat while "on the clock" so he wouldn't get distracted while reviewing.
