I have to wonder if she was threatening to expose someone or something about the industry. She’s always rubbed me the wrong way but this sudden media takedown after nearly two decades of having her talk show on air and being a media darling is just weird.

I thought knowing too much was supposed to protect a person, not cause their downfall?

FYI I've been hearing rumors that she's a vicious alcoholic behind the scenes for years, I guess the mainstream is finally catching on that Ellen isn't really the gal she plays on TV.
