I disagree, I do not think he has a a good case. That information was available to him before the trial and he did nothing with it. It is his and his lawyers' fault that he was imprisoned because at ANY point they could have brought up that agreement and stopped the trial.
shareProblem is, they did. They fought tooth and nail to get both the deposition AND the 5 witnesses thrown out but the judge denied it all. They even tried to get the trial judge out because 1. he had run for election against Castor under the platform of convicting Cosby AND his own wife was a sexual abuse advocate who apparently donated money to an organization that staged a protest at the trial. They were denied all those appeals. This wasn't something that just came about; this was being fought before the trial started. The trial never should have happened.
