Not Sure, so I’d say let’s throw them in a pit together and have a good old fashioned Death Match. Whoever emerges victorious is worse, cuz now they’ll be a rapist and a murderer.

And even if you think Harvey did rape women he still didn't drug them first which make Cosby much worse. Cosby slipping people drugs could have easily killed someone.

If what you said was true, with or without erection, a drunk guy can not legally consent and then it would be rape. Again, can you provide links with women sentenced for having sex with a drunk man?

If that was true, you should be able to find both men sentenced for having sex with drunk women and women sentenced for having sex with drunk men. Since the latest doesn't seem to happen, the right sentence would be "If a man has sex with a woman that is drunk it is considered rape because they could not legally consent to the sex, however, drunk men can consent to sex".

No the simple fact is woman doesn't need to get an erection to be raped, a man does. If you are pass out drunk then an erection isn't happening. That’s only partly true. In many cases Weinstein showed up at actresses doors in the middle of the night as their boss. To keep their jobs they had to let him in, at which time he would overpower them, force them down, and rape them.
