He was involved with the first 3 Harry Potter movies but didn’t make the rest. Why did he not continue with franchise?
shareWikipedia says he "decided not to return to helm the third instalment as he wanted to spend more time with his children", if you can believe that.
shareAs the other person said. Came down to time....I know when James Wan directed Aquaman, he basically spent 3.5 years from beginning to end. So i can imagine the first two movies with how big they are took so many years. Probably started prepping the first movie in the mid 90s, then filmed and edited. So probably just wanted to go back to small Indie movies.
