What is the deal? If her husband were black it would be mentioned ad nauseum and their picture would be plastered all over the place like Heidi and Seal.
shareAsians get no respect from the media but I'll point out this couple as much as possible in my own personal life and on my blog or tumblr just to shut white people up.
Oh and her husband is half Chinese from his father so perhaps that's why it's not as big of a deal?
I agree. I understand there are media agendas, as poster DCI77 mentioned below, but to almost omit or avoid mentioning her husband is insulting. I didn't know Shaun was Eurasian, they did have a huge traditional Asian wedding which was cool. Anna also went all out with the red dress and she seems very happy and proud.
