Oh and her husband is half Chinese from his father so perhaps that's why it's not as big of a deal?

In the entertainment world AM and WF aren't considered as "progressive" as BM and WF, or at least not newsworthy. Basically if you are in a relationship with the former you might as well be white all around.

I'm not sure that it matters. Great for her? I guess. I've been following her career since I was a little girl. Thought she was a great actress then, and she's still phenomenal. As far as who she's married to - glad she found someone. As an African-American, before I got married, I dated all "races" under the sun. We all need to get over this notion of "race." We are all human.
