Nose.........
Well, I almost didn't recognize her from recent appearances. It seems like her nose is strikingly different. It looks thinner, and just not the same. I hope she hasn't altered anything. She was absolutely stunning.

What people always seem to forget (at least when actors and surgery is concerned) is that the nose is one of the few parts of the human body that continues to grow and change until the day we die. If you click on the the pictures I've added links to above you're able to see them in high screen resolution: you can see lines on Madchen's forehead and cute wrinkles around her eyes. She obviously hasn't had that much surgery - she just made the mistake of entering a premiere without that much make-up. Other actresses have an entire staff that covers them in twenty layers of make-up so that the fans (who have seen them in movies and magazines where they have been airbrushed) won't be disappointed ...
