Well, I almost didn't recognize her from recent appearances. It seems like her nose is strikingly different. It looks thinner, and just not the same. I hope she hasn't altered anything. She was absolutely stunning.

I don't reckon that Madchen has had any plastic surgery done. She had an unusual amaount of puppy fat in that very early photo. Also, people's faces can look different in different photos, depending on the angle, lighting etc... I have been looking at her in her recent appearences on Joey, and at certain times she looks just like she did as Shelly Johnson in Twin Peaks, which suggests that her face is the same. I cannot understand why she would ever want pastic surgery, especially at her young age. If she did/has, it would be a mistake!

Surely any good plastic sugeon would tell her she does not need work and turn her away?

shareIt's obvious in the nose shot. But most of all, I think age is setting in. She doesn't even look like her former self. The pic on the left looks like when she was about 20. On the right she looks about 45 (though she's only 35).
