OTHER THAN A BRIEF SPAN OF A COUPLE YEARS,BILLY HAS NEVER BEEN A LIST.HE GOT HIS SHOT SO TO SPEAK IN 93/94...HE WAS THE HEAVY IN TITANIC,AND THE HERO IN THE PHANTOM...TITANIC DIDNT DO MUCH FOR HIM AND THE PHANTOM BOMBED HARD...AND BACK TO BUSINESS AS USUAL,FILLING HIS IMDB PAGE WITH MOVIES NO ONE HAS SEEN OR CAN REMEMBER.

I saw him at a movie convention a couple of years ago and I passed him up to talk to someone else. He did have a very long line of fans though.

Dead Calm should've made him a star...but it only worked for Nicole Kidman.

I saw him recently in two different Netflix movies Ghosts of War and Guest House.
