The CD of Streisand's "Back to Brooklyn" tour sold horribly, but the DVD
sold very well.
I never bought that CD or DVD. I saw the concert on PBS, and didn't really care for it. I think the problem with that CD was:
1. The cover shot was awful. Compare it to her other live CD album covers since 1994, and this one was truly horrible (it looked like someone snapped it on their camera phone when she was coming out of a restaurant).
2. It really wasn't that well promoted. The only reason I knew it was available was through her website and through the PBS special, when they were gibing them away with donations. I never saw any ads or reviews or mentions of the CD aside from her site/forum and PBS.
